For regional and remote areas, shipping rates vary based on the destination and weight of the shipment.

Yes. Place your order by 11.45am AEDT time, and we'll have your parcel out the door and on it's way to you that very day! Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
We use Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please to get our products to you quickly and reliably.
Yes! Joonya is known for it's bulk-saver cartons, which contain six full-size bags of nappies in each carton. We understand that sometimes your little one may experience a growth spurt and move up to the next size sooner than expected, leaving you with unused bags.
If this happens, Joonya is happy to refund you for any excess unopened bags. Simply get in touch with us at support@joonya.com, and we'll help you organise the return.
We even offer a discounted return shipping option that is deducted from your refund once we receive the item.
Delivery times vary. Please allow 1-3 days for most towns and cities, with remote areas and WA orders requiring longer.
You should receive tracking information from Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. If you do not receive within 1 business day, send us an email and we’ll chase up for you.
All our orders have authority to leave but there is discretion with the driver to decide if its safe to do so. If they cannot find a safe place to leave when you are not home, then they will leave a card and you can arrange a re-delivery directly with the courier.
Currently we have an Australian website selling to Australian residents, as well as a separate website for USA residents. The flag in the header will tell you which website you have landed on. We use IP detection to route you to the relevant website (make sure you are not using a VPN as you might land on the wrong website!).
Purchasing
Below are some common questions about purchasing our products
We have a one-time trial bundle containing a single bag of nappies or pull-ups, and a free pack of wipes. If additional bags of nappies or pull-ups are needed you can add these to your cart from lower down on the trial page. Shipping is included for most metro areas.

Given we send off your order very quickly, once an order is processed it is unlikely we can change or cancel it, though if you are quick to email support@joonya.com then we can always try our best!
Strange things happen! Please see our returns policy in our Terms of Use. If our products are not performing to your expecations, get in touch with us via email at support@joonya.com. Unopened products are normally able to be returned for a pro-rata refund, minus a discounted shipping charge.
We use a third party payment processor called Stripe. As such we do not store any credit card data. We also have an encrypted connection that adds to the security of our site.
Yes! We offer an incentive to invite your friends to become members of Joonya. After you become a member, you can share your unique referral code, and you both get $10 off on your next member orders!
Yes! We teamed up with the non-profit ‘Trees for the Future’ to make this a reality! Joonya donates an amount that guarantees one tree is planted in a developing country for every subscriber order we receive on our website. Together we can make a small difference to help this poor little planet of ours.

Subscribers can update any of these things by logging in to the ‘My Account’ page. Here you will see the various options to update your details.
Yes, absolutely! We will send an SMS and email with your order details 3 days prior to your next scheduled order date to allow for any changes to sizing or dates to be made. We will then send another SMS and email upon successful processing of your order.
