Do you offer same day dispatch?

Yes. Place your gift order by 12 noon AEDT time, and we'll have your parcel out the door and on it's way to you that very day! Orders placed after 12 noon, or on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

How long will it take for my gift order to arrive?

Delivery times vary. Please allow 1-3 days for most towns and cities, with remote areas requiring longer.

Can I send a personal message with my gift order?

Yes! We offer to send a personal note via email and you will be prompted at checkout.

What will happen if my friend is not home to receive the order?

We do not allow authority to leave on gift orders. If they are not home they will receive a card and will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or pickup from their local post office.
